The regression analysis also revealed that BIS accounts for 54.6% of the variance in Decision-Making Effectiveness (R² = 0.546), which suggests that it has a significant predictive value. The regression coefficient (β = 0.739, p < .001) validated that the capability of business intelligence improves managerial decision quality, accuracy and timeliness. This study suggests that Business Intelligence Systems are indeed a valuable capability of the organization for evidence-based decision-making and enhancing managerial effectiveness.
