Ethical Policies
The Khurasan University Business Administration Journal (KU-BAJ) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The journal follows a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and reliability of the research it publishes. Authors submitting manuscripts to KU-BAJ must ensure that their work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, and reviewers, are expected to adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct in scholarly publishing.
KU-BAJ has a strict plagiarism policy. All submitted manuscripts are carefully checked for plagiarism using appropriate plagiarism detection tools before being sent for peer review. Any form of plagiarism, including copying text, ideas, figures, or data without proper citation or acknowledgment, is considered unethical and unacceptable. If significant plagiarism or academic misconduct is detected, the manuscript will be rejected immediately. In cases where plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal reserves the right to retract the article and take appropriate corrective actions.
Regarding copyright and licensing, KU-BAJ operates as an open access journal to promote the wide dissemination of scholarly research. Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article as part of its official publication. All published articles may be read, downloaded, shared, and used for academic and non-commercial purposes, provided that proper acknowledgment of the authors and the journal is given. This policy ensures both the protection of authors’ intellectual property rights and the free accessibility of research to the global academic community.
